“I walked into the Lex and was welcomed by Nathan. He was very pleasant and professional. I was given a tour by Sara who was also very pleasant and patient with me. I asked to see several apartments and Sara was very accommodating. It's been a month since I moved in and the service here at the Lex is still top notch. Just today Nathan was busy with a move in but took time to help me with a print out needed for fed ex, so thankful. Mario is amazing and always willing to help. Alex from maintenance is the best. I had an issue with my garbage disposal and Alex was very helpful. Thank you, Lex staff for caring about your residents. :)”

“Living in Tacoma and at The Lex this past year has been such a great experience, and we were so sad to leave. We loved the apartment and all the amenities, especially the rooftop, such a great place to enjoy the views, hang out, grill a meal, watch something on one of the multiple TV’s or sit around the fire pits. From the day we walked in, the staff had been so amazing, especially Mario. Because the complex had just opened, he showed us a bunch of different units because we had a hard time picking one. We liked another building near by, but Mario and his team sealed the deal for us. We loved the energy there, and would definitely recommend The Lex to anyone looking for a new place to call home.”
